Contract Payroll Analyst (Remote)

Payroll Specialist – Workday Location: West Palm Beach, FL | In Office

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with hands-on Workday experience to join our payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact supporting multi-state payroll operations.

3+ years of payroll processing experience * Hands-on Workday experience required * Multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred * Payroll tax experience preferred * Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight payroll deadlines * Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements.

Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time across multiple locations. * Manage payroll schedules and ensure all processing deadlines are met. * Review timekeeping data, PTO, deductions, garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments. * Research and resolve employee pay, direct deposit, tax, and payroll discrepancies. * Calculate retroactive pay and make necessary payroll corrections. * Reconcile payroll data and assist with General Ledger discrepancies. * Support payroll tax processing, quarterly/year-end filings, and employee tax forms. * Assist with payroll, 401(k), workers' compensation, and other internal or external audits. * Generate payroll reports and review data to identify and resolve discrepancies. * Provide payroll support and guidance to employees, managers, and other system users.
