Contract Operations Coordinator (Contractor)The Contract Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the US Oncology Contracts & Pricing team. This temporary position will assist with the organization, maintenance, and management of contract-related documentation and data.Key responsibilities include:Organizing and maintaining electronic contract repositories and document libraries.Creating, updating, and managing SharePoint folders and document structures.Renaming, categorizing, and filing documents in accordance with established naming conventions and document management practices.Entering, updating, and validating contract-related information and metadata within tracking tools, databases, and SharePoint sites.Reviewing contract documents to identify and capture basic contract information and key terms for tracking purposes.Conducting quality control reviews to ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly organized.Assisting with special projects and other administrative or operational tasks within the Contracts & Pricing function as assigned.Preferred qualifications:Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience with SharePoint document management preferred.Experience with contract administration, legal operations, document management, records management, or similar administrative functions preferred.Ability to handle confidential business information appropriately.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environmentWe provide a comprehensive package which includes benefits:Medical for full time employeesDental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, etc.
