Recruiting and developing a network of healthcare providers, the full-time Contract Negotiator will lead recruitment efforts for physicians, hospitals, and ancillary services, ensuring compliance with corporate and state guidelines in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead recruitment of healthcare providers and ensure accurate contract completion Facilitate provider setup and contract configuration for claims adjudication Coordinate with internal departments and providers to maintain contract compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 4+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations Experience in a hospital or physician's office/group setting Working knowledge of State and/or Federal healthcare programs preferred Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the U.S
