This role is integral to a large-scale project involving the integration of real estate and asset contracts following a major acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a significant volume of physical and digital deeds, ensuring data accuracy and proper archival.Key ResponsibilitiesRead transaction documents to identify and extract key data from deeds for system entry.Match scanned digital deeds with their corresponding physical documents to ensure consistency.Perform quality control on existing data, correcting information in the system and resolving filing errors.Label and file physical deeds into the company's archive system.Required QualificationsBackground or experience with deeds, maps, contracts, or data extraction.Ability to read cursive handwriting.A detail-oriented and sharp individual who is teachable and willing to learn.Good soft skills and a strong emphasis on personality fit within the team.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with deeds or maps.Experience in data extraction or data entry.General technical savvy.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
