Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RN NICU for multiple 13-week travel/ contract positions in Maple Grove, MN. Accepting both traveler and local candidates.

Pay Rate : Range $2200 to $2340 Weekly Gross pay (Non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shift : 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00p - 7.30a

Position Requirements:

• Current NICU Nursingexperience: 2+ years - Required
• Newborn stabilizationand resuscitation experience -Required
• NewbornPopulation Experience - Required
• STABLE- Highly Preferred
• Level2/3 NICU Experience- Highly Preferred
• EpicExperience –Preferred
• Prior travel experience: Highlypreferred

Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements:

• ASN - Required
• BSN – Preferred
• RN License for State of Minnesota or Compact - Required
• BLS Certification from AHA- Required
• NRP Certification - Required
• STABLE Certification - Highly preferred

Job Description:

• Providing round-the-clock care to premature and severelyill newborn infants.
• Caring for the basic needs of infants; for example, feedingand changing diapers.
• Performing medical procedures; for example, insertingintravenous lines, performing tests, and administering medications.
• Assisting the NICU physicians in medical procedures andtreatments.
• Using and adjusting specialized medical equipment.
• Formulating nursing plans and evaluating the effectivenessof treatments.
• Comforting ill newborns and anxious parents and familymembers.
• Offering support to parents and family members andeducating them on the at-home care of their newborn.
