Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong writing, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills
