25+ full-time IP litigators, 300+ patent litigations handled over the past decade
A light conflicts base , which suits attorneys with existing or developing client relationships
You'll join a busy technology patent team handling high-stakes disputes for leading clients in semiconductors, AI, advanced computing, telecommunications and consumer electronics.
The team is currently stretched by a major ongoing litigation, so this is a chance to step straight into significant work alongside the partners.
Patent litigation in district court and Section 337 investigations at the ITC, PRs and other PTAB proceedings Appeals before the Federal Circuit, trade secret and standards-related matters A technical background in computer science, electrical engineering or semiconductors is strongly preferred
Patent litigation experience gained at a well-regarded firm with a stable career history
