Take point and assist on Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures, and Corporate governance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: Produce and review documents such as NDAs, Service Agreements, and Vendor Contracts. Assist with Corporate Document Matters : Perform diligence on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals. Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and New York State Corporate laws and regulatory requirements
