About the Role Associate Attorney: Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Matters

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to handle estate planning, trust and probate administration, and related business matters. This role is well suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates with clarity, and produces careful, high-quality legal work in a structured practice environment. Lead client consultations with clarity and sound judgment, helping clients understand options and make informed decisions Counsel clients on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related business matters Draft estate planning documents and related legal materials with a high standard of accuracy and completeness Stay current on estate, probate, and tax law developments relevant to client work
Careful approach to legal drafting, documentation, and deadline management Comfort working in a fast-moving practice while maintaining quality and consistency Ability to balance client service, legal accuracy, and firm expectations for productivity
2–5+ years of dedicated legal experience in estate planning, probate law, or business planning preferred
Confidence in meeting firm-established minimum billing requirements while maintaining high-quality work
