Job Title: Litigation Associate (Civil Litigation) Location: Chicago, IL (onsite) Our client is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join a well-established, full-service Chicago law firm of about 30 attorneys. The firm primarily handles defense-side matters, including workers' compensation, civil rights (police and municipalities), commercial litigation, and business disputes.
Handle general litigation matters from case inception through resolution, including toxic tort, commercial, construction, employment, general tort, and transportation litigation Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents 1+ years of civil litigation experience
Associates are eligible for a tiered billable bonus tied to the billable goal, plus origination and discretionary bonuses, paid annually.
