Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Contract IT Support Specialist will provide tier 1-2 IT support, assist with employee lifecycle workflows, and maintain identity and access management tasks in a SaaS-first environment. Key responsibilities Assist with tier 1-2 IT support across hardware, software, SaaS apps, and remote connectivity Support employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding and offboarding, while identifying opportunities for improvement Maintain identity and access management tasks, ensuring compliance with operational documentation and security standards Required qualifications 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations, ideally at a remote-first SaaS company Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or similar) Experience with identity and access management (Okta or similar) and SSO Strong troubleshooting skills on macOS, with Windows experience being a plus Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO, or HIPAA activities is a plus
