To support a growing Business recruiting team, the full-time Contract GTM Recruiter will source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidate pipelines while working remotely. Key responsibilities Source and engage candidates for Business roles through various outreach methods Conduct initial recruiter screens and provide structured feedback to the recruiting team and hiring managers Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and logistics to ensure a smooth recruiting process Required qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably including contract or agency work Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth hiring environment Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail
