Contract Cost & Pricing SpecialistSalary: $95,000 - $110,000Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pmLocation: Baltimore, MD (Onsite)What You'll DoDevelop and maintain competitive pricing strategies for federal and commercial contractsAnalyze cost data and prepare clear, actionable pricing analysis reports for stakeholdersStay current on WDR, CBA, and FAR requirements to ensure complianceCollaborate across departments to support successful negotiations and proposalsMaintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation in a timely mannerUphold confidentiality and high standards of integrity in all workWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field (preferred)3+ years of experience developing pricing in a nonprofit, federal consulting, or similar industrySolid understanding of federal contract pricing structures (FFP, Cost-Plus, IDIQ, etc.) and regulations (FAR, DFARS)Strong working knowledge of the SCA, DBA, and labor union CBAsAdvanced Excel skills and expertise in cost estimating techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in cost accountingProven track record in negotiations and customer presentationsComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ISSA Clean standards is a plusWhy You’ll Love Working Here:Medical plan starting at $13.80/mo.
