• Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across Operations, Clinical Operations, and more.
• Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and play a key role in shaping teams.

Your Impact:

• Manage requisitions independently and build strong partnerships with hiring managers.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Ashby required.
• Proven success recruiting across multiple corporate functions.
