This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate contract documentation, supplier compliance tracking, system updates, and lifecycle coordination across enterprise business units.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical skills, experience in contract administration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier & System SupportProcess supplier registration adds and changes in support of Supplier Information and Process Solutions (SIPS)Track and escalate insurance certificate renewals for service contractsSupport contract-related system updates and documentationCoordinate Maximo contract record expiration/review dates to amend, extend, or terminate agreementsMaintain and update master contract compliance documentationContract Drafting & ProcessingDraft and process low-risk contract documents, including:Statements of Work (SOWs)Change OrdersContract AmendmentsNon-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)Support enterprise software renewalsMonitor and track contract amendments and modificationsContract Coordination & ManagementLead coordination of contracts for complex projectsServe as the primary point of contact for contract-related mattersCollaborate with legal, procurement, and business units on contract negotiationsAssess and mitigate contract-related risksSupport contract dispute resolution when necessaryCompliance & ReportingMonitor and evaluate contract performance and complianceMaintain a comprehensive contract databaseDevelop and implement contract management strategiesProvide reporting and coordination with business units and contract agentsLeadership & Continuous ImprovementMentor junior contract coordinatorsProvide contract administration training and guidanceAct as a subject matter expert in contract administrationDrive process improvements and best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredExperience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract AdministrationExperience working in team-oriented, collaborative environmentsExperience managing data and document-sharing systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAbility to manage multiple projects with short turnaround timesStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsExperience with Maximo ERP or contract management systemsExperience supporting supplier compliance and contract lifecycle managementExperience in regulated or enterprise environments
