Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Contract Closeout Analyst will ensure the timely and accurate closeout of government contracts, including reconciling obligations, preparing final invoices, and terminating subcontracts. Key responsibilities Perform cost and price analysis to determine final closeout costs for contracts Review and update financial and administrative files to ensure compliance with government regulations Coordinate with project managers to ensure all requirements are met and documentation is submitted Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in contract closeout or financial analysis Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as it applies to contracting and procurement Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
