Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Dialysis RN for a travel/contractposition in Charlottesville, VA. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

ContractLength: 13 weeks with possible extensions.

Pay Rate:Range $2400 to $2440 weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Dialysis

Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 7.00a to 4.00p

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 4 to 5 shifts per week, No weekends, No Call. Holidays as needed

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse: 1+ years - Required
• Dialysis Nursing experience:Recent/Current 1+ years – Required
• Traveler must be willing to float - Required
• Recent/current Geriatric patient population experience - Required
• NXState Dialysis Machine experience - Required
• CNN or CDN Certification - Preferred
• Crown Web EMR experience – Highlypreferred
• Prior Travel Nursing experience –Highly preferred

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
• BSN or an equivalent – Highlypreferred
• RN License for State of IN or Compact - Required
• BLS Certifications from AHA- Required
• CNN or CDN Certification - Preferred
• Copy of active/valid driver's license - Required

Job Description:

• Provide nursing care for dialysis patients
• Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and dedicatedNephrologists
• Collects and records relevant patient health data in the courseof/pre/post hemodialysis treatment
• Develops and maintains a plan of care that describes interventions toattain expected outcomes
• Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR
• Performs laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures andreschedules missed or inadequate laboratory collections
• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude to all patients andcolleagues
• Medication administration and documentation
