Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Psychiatric Registered Nurses for travel /contract positions in Centre Hall, PA. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:Range $2230 to $26000 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Psychiatric (Adolescent Unit)

Shift: 12 hours; Nights 7p-7.30a or Evenings, 3p-11.30p

Schedule: 36 hours or 40 hours/ week guaranteed, 3 or 5 shifts per week + every other weekend and holiday rotation

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
  
• Recent/Current Acute PsychiatricNursing experience: 1 year – Required
  
• Provide care for Adult and Adolescent Patients - Required
  

Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
  
• BSN or an equivalent – Highlypreferred
  
• RN License for State of PA - Required
  
• CPI or HWC Certification - Required
  
• BLS Certification from AHA- Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide all aspects ofPsychiatric Nursing care for patients in assigned psych units.
  
• Provide care for inpatient adult and adolescent units and float to other units if required
  
• Provide and coordinate care byassessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
  
• Develop and implement nursingcare plans.
  
• Responsible forassessment, diagnosis, planning andestablishing outcomes, implementation, and evaluation.
  
• Accurately and promptlyimplements physicians’ orders.
  
• Prepares, administers, andrecords medications in accordance with the policy regarding theadministration of medications.
  
• Records information concisely,accurately and completely.
  
• Participates in multidisciplinarytreatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
