Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Psychiatric Registered Nursesfor travel / contract position in Casper, WY. Accepting both local and travelercandidates.

Contract Length: 13weeks-Accepting Local and Travel Candidates

Pay Rate: Range $2200 to $2450 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipendavailable for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Inpatientmental health or behavioral health unit/s

Shift: Variedshifts, 2 x 12-hr day shifts, 11a-11.30p and 2 x 8-hr Hours; 3p – 11.30p

Schedule: 40 hours/ week guaranteed, 4 shifts per week, Every other weekend

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse: 2years - Required
• Recent/Current InpatientPsychiatric Nursing or Behavioral health experience: 2 year – Required
• Must have knowledgeof developmental tasks of children, adolescent, adult and geriatricpatients and apply knowledge in assessment and planning of care – Required
• Comfortable and willingto float between inpatient psychiatric units – Required
• Must be comfortableto work every other weekend – Required

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or an equivalent– Required
• BSN or an equivalent– Highly preferred
• RN License for Stateof WY or Compact RN License- Required
• CPI Certification - Preferred
• BLS Certificationfrom AHA or American Red Cross - Required

Job Description:

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for the overall assessment,implementation of treatment, and evaluation of quality nursing services forchildren, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide and coordinate Nursing care for patients with mental healthissues, addictions, substance abuse, detox
• Responsible for the provision of nursing care and assisting with managingpatient care, medication management & administration, therapeutic treatmentand the milieu within the units assigned
• Assess patients’ physical and behavioral health needs and Develop andimplement nursing care plans
• Admissions, Patient monitoring and charting
• Collaborate with other medical staff for patient care planning andadministration
