Contract Billing Auditor SpecialistThe Contract Billing Auditor Specialist position will conduct audits of billing processes and completed deals to ensure compliance with standard procedures, agreement terms and pricing. Identify areas of improvement, document and notify team members of adjustments needed to increase accuracy and efficiency daily.Responsibilities:Thorough audit of completed dealsDaily invoice audit to confirm accuracyReview, investigate and resolve billing discrepanciesEnsure compliance with documented SOPsDocument each deal based on audit checklistEnsure proper follow-up if needed with additional team membersOther duties as neededExperience & Required Skills:Ideal candidate will offer 3-5 years in Contract Administration, Contract Auditing and/ or Billing ComplianceStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with a team and independentlyStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience using E-Automate and Sales Force preferredMust be able to demonstrate strong skills with the following products and technology: Excel, Office, and other Microsoft applicationsEducation & Certification:Minimum: High School Diploma or GEDSome College preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Office)Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneelManual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle and control computer and telephone keyboardsVisual acuity to read printed and electronic documentsAbility to regularly speak clearly so listeners can understandAbility to understand the speech of othersOccasionally lift 10-30 poundsNote: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
