Ambient Enterprises is seeking a Benefits Administrator for a contract role. You will manage and administer our employee benefit programs and coordinate with vendors to ensure compliant, high-quality offerings. The role reports to the Director of Benefits within the HR team.
You will conduct enrollment, assist with open enrollment, resolve claims, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent employee service and cross-functional collaboration.
