Part‑Time Trademark Litigation Attorney (Remote – GA Licensed)

Pay Rate: $70–$105/hour DOE

Assignment Type: Temporary W2 Contract (3‑6 months, potential to extend)

Weekly Hours: Average 20 hours/week (Must be available to work during regular business hours)

Location: Remote (Must reside and be actively licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia)

Start Date: Immediately upon clearing onboarding

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Trademark Litigation Attorney to support a prestigious law firm client based in NC. This part‑time, remote W2 contract role is ideal for an IP litigator with a strong background in trademark disputes.

Key Requirements

  • Active GA law license and current GA residency
  • Minimum 4 years of trademark litigation experience
  • Availability to start immediately with minimal time off over the next 90 days
  • Must pass background check, employment and education verification, licensure confirmation, and conflict check

Responsibilities

  • Handle trademark litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Provide strategic legal advice and support to the firm’s litigation team
