Contract Attorney

LHH is partnering with a client seeking a Contract Attorney to support a busy legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high volume of work while providing practical business-oriented legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, confidentiality, and service agreements.
- Provide legal support to business stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and risk management.
- Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance initiatives.
- Review and support matters involving a high volume of invoices and related contractual documentation.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of contracts and related processes.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in good standing.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
