Overview
Analyst II – Customer Contract Administration for a leading Medical Device / MedTech domain client on a 6-month contract (extension & FTE conversion possible).
You will support the Contracts & Compliance team within MMS Dispensing. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to manage detailed contractual packages while working cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Review, audit, and execute complete contractual packages
- Communicate proactively with MMS Dispensing teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and acquisition/marketing programs
- Support pre- and post-signature capital contracting processes (acceptance, installation, billing, leasing, asset mgmt.)
- Assist with revenue recognition guidelines and internal compliance requirements
- Ensure contract accuracy, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of Contract Administration experience
- Strong understanding of contracting processes
- Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP , and MS tools
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOX, Antitrust laws , regulatory and compliance controls
