Contract Analyst

Eight Eleven Group, a rapidly growing firm that was founded in 2000 that provides business professional staffing and consulting services mainly to Fortune 1000 clients across the nation. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Eight Eleven Group has 30+ branch locations throughout the United States.

The Contracts, Legal and Risk Management Team is in search of a Contract Analyst to join its corporate team in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities:

• Autonomously review, draft and negotiate a range of standard agreements and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Respond to support requests directed to the Contracts Team via Eight Eleven's Support Portal, Zendesk.
• Identify legal, financial and business risks within agreements and propose solutions to mitigate exposure.
• Exercise judgment in balancing risk with business objectives with oversight from senior team members as necessary.
• Lead negotiations directly with clients with the support of senior team members regarding escalations and sensitive issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with fieldmembers on negotiation strategies and redlining standards.
• Provide guidance and recommendations that influence business decisions to protect Eight Eleven Group's interests.
• Assist senior team members in the review, drafting and negotiation of complex, novice and/or niche agreement requests.
• Identify ineffeciences in current contract templates, strategies and processes and propose solutions.
• Assist senior team members in providing guidance to junior team members.
• Foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years experience in contract review, drafting and negotiation (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in the staffing industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage standard agreements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and provide business-oriented solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
