Pay: $60.00/hour

Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

• Open to temp to perm as well
• Complete accurate and concisedocumentation of all communications, coordination and treatment activity.
• Accept responsibility forevaluation of the patient’s functional status and for interpretations andimplementation of the physician’s plan of care.
• Complete assessment/reassessmentand makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Registration as an OccupationalTherapist with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Current and active Occupational Therapistlicense
• Must be self-motivated,responsible, role model, well organized
• Have a nice appearance beingwell-groomed and demonstrate appropriate contact
