Seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement and Automation Manager, this full-time position will lead enterprise process optimization and intelligent automation initiatives, preferably in the San Diego office on a hybrid model, while partnering with business leaders to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions. Key responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Define and evolve a clear automation strategy aligned with operational excellence objectives Partner with functional leaders to identify automation and process improvement opportunities and develop ROI-driven business cases Required qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or automation leadership roles Proven hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism Strong understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle practices Demonstrated success leading process redesign and measurable performance improvement initiatives Familiarity with AI-driven automation and emerging intelligent automation technologies
