Continuous Improvement Manager

Continuous Improvement Leader far southwest Dallas, TX (100% On-Site) $100,000 - $115,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a high-tech manufacturing organization in the Dallas area to identify a Continuous Improvement Leader who will drive operational excellence, Lean transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This is a highly visible role that will collaborate with leaders throughout Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to eliminate waste, improve performance, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the site's Lean Manufacturing expert and trusted advisor for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute Lean roadmaps that improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams focused on operational excellence and process improvement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops across the organization.
• Train and coach employees at all levels on Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Drive employee engagement through a culture centered on waste elimination and problem solving.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting tools to measure Lean effectiveness and project success.
• Identify, track, and report cost savings initiatives across manufacturing and support functions.
• Analyze operational and supply chain data to support strategic decision making.
• Support inventory optimization, production flow improvements, and planning process enhancements.
• Partner with leadership teams to implement best practices and sustain continuous improvement gains.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with a strong focus on Lean and process improvement.
• Lean Certification required.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and high-volume production environments.
• Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data from SAP.
• Knowledge of:
• 8D Problem Solving
• Kanban, Pull Systems, JIT, Cellular Manufacturing, and One-Piece Flow
• SMED / Setup Reduction
• Standard Work
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• 5S and Visual Management
• Data Analysis and Statistical Problem Solving
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to influence teams across multiple functions and organizational levels.
