Continuous Improvement Manager
This role requires individuals who are creative, results oriented with strong problem-solving skills who can influence change using objective evidence. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and/or improving data collection plans when required, defining, creating, and tracking KPIs to measure improvements, leading continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools, performing data analysis on existing data sets to uncover opportunities, and performing area transformations, employee training, and lean project management, among other duties.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or a bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience, minimum 2 years of Lean Six Sigma application, 3+ years preferred, and a certified Lean Professional preferred.
