We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a highly hands-on role focused on improving process flow, reducing waste, standardizing operations, and building sustainable continuous improvement practices across the facility. The ideal candidate is a proactive change agent who enjoys being on the plant floor, leading projects, and creating structure in an evolving manufacturing operation.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Lean / Continuous Improvement experience within a manufacturing environment
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, material flow, waste reduction, and cost savings
- Implement and utilize Lean tools including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, visual management, and standard work
- Develop centerlines, SOPs, and standardized operating processes across equipment, operators, and shifts
- Identify opportunities to improve OEE and overall equipment/process performance
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; strong Green Belt candidates will be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field preferred
