Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration: Administer and adjust pain, symptom management, and intravenous medications as needed
- Monitoring Vitals: Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and pulse oximetry hourly and continuously
- Patient Assessment: Ongoing assessment, responding to significant changes in conditions, and reporting to physicians or RNs
- Documentation: Update patient files to maintain compliance
