Look no further.Job PurposeAs a Material Handler, you'll be responsible for all aspects of maintaining inventories (i.e., FG/WIP inventory, MRO, general supplies) in our high-volume warehouse, in accordance with established processes and procedures.
This includes physical stocking, inventory counts, receiving, manifesting/packaging for shipment, and processing required ERP transactions. Being a team player, attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance to all policies and standards are key to this position.This is a temporary contract position. Conversion to regular employment may be considered at the end of the assignment based on business needs, role availability, and performance.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesThe following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties as tasks as needed and assigned.Maintain good inventory practice by ensuring all inventory is properly identified with required information and is stored in the appropriate locationsWork with the team to ensure a clean and safe warehouse; including breaking down pallets, keeping lots segregated, moving inventory into appropriate locations, and use of walkie-stacker/forklift to move and store palletsProcesses incoming PO's and process required ERP system transactionsConduct regular inventory counts like cycle, stock levels, physical, etc.
