Process Engineer (Hybrid Onsite & Remote)
Join a dynamic team supporting warehouse management (WMS), order management (OMS), and automation systems. This role ensures smooth system operations, troubleshoots issues, and enhances processes for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support WMS & OMS software solutions for various projects
- Configure systems for day-to-day operations
- Conduct user training and documentation
- Collaborate with IT, automation teams, and stakeholders
- Analyze system integration with SAP & client systems (preferred)
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Travel required based on client needs
Qualifications:
Experience in WMS, OMS, automation, and process optimization Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, and quality systems
