Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a contents restoration job (insurance claim) from start to finish. They schedule and manage field service work, track contents, oversee the billing and collection process, and communicate with estimators, adjusters and customers (policy holders) on a regular basis.Responsibilities:Oversee the management of projects (claims)Work with the estimator to develop accurate and timely estimatesPrepare and submit invoices to insurance carriersSchedule work for field crews and cleaning techniciansEnsure that all work is completed in accordance with the schedule and with company standardsMaintain accurate records of all work performedContribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and processesRepresent the company to the public and to other businessesAssess scope of work in the field. Lead or assist packout when neededQualifications:A desire to serve your community and be a team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA willingness to work in challenging conditions (like in a home that has had a fire)Valid driver's license and a clean driving recordAre caring, patient, and compassionate.
