About the Role

A leading AI research initiative is recruiting Creative Writers, Technical Writers, and Evaluation Tutors to support ongoing projects. You’ll contribute to specialized campaigns such as Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation , applying your expertise to evaluate, refine, and author responses that are compelling, natural, and effective.

Creative Writing

• Strong background in fiction, poetry, screenwriting, or narrative development
• Ability to produce or evaluate original, engaging content (e.g., speeches, dialogues, critiques)
• Skilled at assessing creativity, originality, and narrative flow

Companionship

• Ability to recognize and evaluate responses that show empathy, emotional intelligence, and conversational authenticity
• Strong awareness of tone, conciseness, and natural flow

Presentation

• Skilled at evaluating clarity, structure, and polish in written outputs
• Familiar with persuasive, professional, or educational communication styles

General Requirements

• Proven experience in creative writing, product writing, or technical writing
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent judgment
• Reliable, deadline-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness
• Hours: 20–40 per week (flexible, ongoing)
• Location: Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your schedule
• Compensation: $45/hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect
