Working remotely on a contract basis, the Content Modernization Author will review, revise, and modernize existing knowledge content to ensure it meets established standards and is optimized for future AI-enabled experiences. Key responsibilities Review, analyze, and modernize procedural, policy, and knowledge content according to EKM standards Collaborate with business unit SMEs and content owners to validate content accuracy and completeness Apply metadata and content governance standards to support enterprise search and AI-readiness initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience creating, editing, or managing knowledge-based content Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to document business processes Ability to organize complex information into clear, concise documentation Experience working within defined content standards and governance frameworks
