Content Lead for Pharma Operations

To oversee the adaptation and governance of digital content for direct-to-consumer healthcare, the full-time remote Content Lead for Pharma Operations will manage DTC content strategy, copyediting, and regulatory workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Perform meticulous copyediting and proofreading on DTC web assets to ensure clarity and compliance with brand guidelines Project manage end-to-end content workflows, eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring alignment across teams Facilitate live MLR review sessions, tracking feedback and managing editorial adjustments in real-time Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Communications, or a related discipline 10+ years of experience in digital content strategy, copyediting, or content operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors Proven expertise in using Veeva Vault for regulatory submission and tracking Strong background in framing copy for Direct-to-Consumer healthcare websites Exceptional proficiency in English grammar, punctuation, and style consistency across digital properties
