Come make a difference in a company that's changing the world. In this role, you will work closely with HR Program Managers, Service Delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure Knowledge Base and Intranet content is relevant, accurate, and AI-compatible. Responsibilities include:

  • Support the transfer of HR content between platforms to align to our content strategy and AI readiness strategy
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to review their content and provide feedback on their AI readiness
  • Support maintenance of content in ServiceNow, including reviewing reports, informing content owners about the health of their content, and making updates where needed
  • Create and review content in alignment with our knowledge roadmap and AI readiness strategy
  • Implement knowledge management best practices

Years of Experience: 2-5. Experience: Relies on experience to plan and accomplish tasks. Leadership/Contributions: N/A. Reports to: Manager, User Experience and Knowledge Strategy. Advanced Degree or Certifications: Yes.

People with these skills can work anywhere. They choose CLIENT because they can do the most good here. It's all about making an impact and being proud of the work you do.

Spotlight Call - 08/12/2026 Emilie Summary: Need someone who has excellent written skills and English skills. All content they will be working on is in English. Collaborating across HR, CLIENT Hat, and IBM. Needs to be able to collaborate with the team and have strong communication skills. Needs writing skills, spreadsheets skills, specific AI compliance rules. Comfortable with documentation as that is the majority of what they are doing. HR background is preferable so they have a general idea of the topics they will be seeing. Technical knowledge: no specific tools; working in SNOW but can train them on it. Basic office package or Google Suite knowledge. Flexible in terms of seniority - seem graduate level doing well in this space so flexible as long as they can do the job. Years of experience, there is no requirement.

Q&A: What are the top 3 must have skills and experience? Written skills and language skills. Collaboration and communication. In terms of experience: any HR background where they have worked directly with employees in any capacity would help to understand how to frame the content. They have to consult experts to make content more user friendly, so customer facing, collaborative experience is helpful.

What type of content will this person be working on? All HR content. Content creation vs. review and editing 30-40% content creation. Review, migration etc. the other 60% SNOW experience? Not as important, that can be trained. Possibility for extending the contract beyond 4 months or conversion? Right now, no. Remote role - open to candidates working from any US time zone? Yes, but Emilie is based in Europe, so east coast is preferred as it is easier to connect with. There are other teammates in the US, so this can be anywhere. Someone who is comfortable working remote, and may have previous experience. They need to understand self-management. Work hours: Flexible work hours but needs to be able to self-manage and get work done.

Why is this position open at this point in time, what will this be driving? Broader context is there is a lot of information, documentation, from an HR perspective that is either not documented or not documented well. There HR strategy is enabling self-service through AI tools, and right now there is a very small team to get this done. They need to accelerate. There is a lot to move, and they don't have the capacity to get it to move with the current team. AI ready - certain AI tools they are trying to align the content to? Most AI tools have the same criteria, current goal is to make it fit for SNOW. Framework they work with is the same for IBM and RH, so no matter who they make the content ready for, it will all be the same.

Interview process: 1 one on one and one panel Flexible so don't see more than 3 people interviewing EEO "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
