Container Unloader/Loader

Job Description
Handling and Staging: Carefully remove, sort, and stage windows.
Coordinate seamlessly with a partner or team to lift and transport oversized windows that are too heavy or fragile for a single person.
Inspect windows and frames for chips, scratches, or transit damage before moving them to the staging area.
Open bales, crates, and other containers.
Ability to push and pull weights often exceeding 50 lbs. without assistance.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
Work from a platform at a height of 30 feet above ground.
Effective communication and interaction with multi-functional and diverse teams.
Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, and related documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
Job Requirements

• The role requires repetitive bending, kneeling, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
• Work is performed inside unventilated, non-temperature-controlled containers. These spaces can become dark, cramped, and extremely hot, particularly during the summer months.
• Mandatory personal protective equipment includes steel-toed boots, heavy-duty cut-resistant gloves, and back support belts.

Additional Information
Pay Range: $16.00-$85.00
