Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Contact Center Support Operator I will answer inbound calls, provide information to callers, and facilitate transfers to appropriate destinations while adhering to established metrics and productivity standards, with evening shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., including weekend and holiday rotations. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and search databases to provide accurate information and facilitate transfers Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify and contact on-call providers with patient details Process emergency calls and provide assistance to individuals in urgent situations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
