Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

What they do
This firm delivers strategic and hands-on support specifically for the Contact Centers (Call Centers) of large corporations across the USA, with a focus on subject matter expertise in contact centers.

Who they’re looking for
- 5–15 years of experience in contact center consulting
- Must have experience from a recognised management consultancy; in-house contact center experience only is not acceptable
- Work across strategy, process improvement, org design, transformation; not looking for technical consultants
- Manager or Senior Manager level (or equivalent)
- Based in the USA and available for occasional business travel
