Consumer Services Specialist

To deliver an unparalleled customer experience, the part-time Consumer Services Specialist will handle inbound service center calls, resolve banking inquiries, and cross-sell products while working remotely during service center hours of M-F 7am-8pm CT and Saturdays 8am-5pm CT. Key responsibilities: Interact with customers over the phone to answer banking-related questions and resolve issues Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and maintain knowledge of banking products Meet performance metrics related to call quality, talk time, and cross-selling success Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service or similar work experience Knowledge of basic banking products, including checking and credit card accounts Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client information Basic understanding of privacy regulations and customer authentication processes
