We are looking for a Consumer Research Centre Director to join our client site in New Jersey!
You will lead the operations of a state‑of‑the‑art consumer and sensory research center, overseeing both facility management and the delivery of quantitative research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day facility operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and staff assignments.
- Oversee all quantitative research activities: study design, costing, project management, programming, monitoring fieldwork, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent, screeners, and questionnaires.
- Ensure the facility is maintained in optimal testing condition, including tech setup, lab cleanliness, and inventory management.
- ✅ Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements, including adverse event and product quality complaint reporting.
