Consumer Loan Processor

Managing the end-to-end processing of indirect auto loan applications, the full-time California Indirect Loan Processor will ensure accuracy and compliance while driving timely funding and enhancing dealer and member experiences in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while serving as a resource for teammates Handle high volumes of loan-related communications, prioritizing escalations and complex funding scenarios Conduct quality assurance audits and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance Required qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Associate's Degree or some college preferred 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced lending environment with high loan processing volume Proven ability to manage complex loan files and resolve escalations independently
