Consumer Loan ProcessorWe are seeking a Consumer Loan Processor to provide clerical support to the Loan Center in performing various duties and special projects related to consumer loan applications.Key responsibilities include:Assisting Consumer Loan Originators and other personnel to ensure proper related documentation is prepared and/or provided.Answering the telephone and responding to routine loan center or member inquiries related to loan balance and payoff requests.Assisting with the preparation of loan files and documentation.Updating and maintaining financial statements, cash flow, and tax documentation in loan files.Performing official notary service as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.One year of similar or related experience.Some familiarity with consumer lending laws and regulations, including compliance requirements preferred, but can be trained.Customer service experience.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for career growth.Supportive team environment.Schedule:Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMSaturday hours possible 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM**Will discuss further in interview.Disclaimer: Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.1 st MidAmerica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
