Consumer Loan Clerk - Full Time

Loan ClerkWe are seeking a Loan Clerk to assist the Lending Department with member loan documents and processes.Key responsibilities include:Review all loan documents.Provide administrative support to the department.Process loan payments as received, maintain loan reports and generate correspondence to members as directed.Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available.1-3 years of similar or related experience preferred.Exceptional customer service skills required.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for career growth.Supportive team environment.Schedule:Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMDisclaimer: Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.1 st MidAmerica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
