Duties
- Represent financial institutions and technology clients in commercial litigation matters
- Manage litigation in both federal and California state courts
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery-related documents
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis
- Attend court appearances, mediations, and hearings
- Advise clients on compliance, data protection, and consumer financial services regulations
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's national platform on complex litigation matters
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Experience handling matters for financial institutions preferred
- Proficiency in litigation procedures and court filings at the state and federal level
- Strong time management and case-handling skills
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar (required)
