Overview
- The role requires experience defending financial services companies in both state and federal courts.
- Candidates should have a working knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and other federal and state consumer protection statutes.
