Responsible for contacting consumers regarding outstanding insurance premiums, the full-time Consumer Collections Specialist will negotiate payment arrangements, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Contact consumers via phone, email, and mail regarding past-due accounts Negotiate payment plans in accordance with company policies Document all communications and account updates accurately Required qualifications: Previous collections or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to remain professional and empathetic during challenging conversations Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory
