Leading a team of consultants, the full-time remote Consulting Services Manager will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of consultants across multiple consulting engagements Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring alignment with business goals Act as the primary liaison with enterprise customers, handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction Required qualifications: 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in a consulting firm Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana) Expertise in software asset management (SAM) and IT infrastructure Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing senior-level customer relationships
